This is our Venue Guideline to help make your visit smoother and more enjoyable. Our rules and regulations are in place for the safety of You, the Performers, and our Staff. Thank you and we hope you enjoy your visit.
POLICY & GUIDELINES
18+ and 21+ Shows
18+ shows restrict entry to those 18 and older. WE CANNOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS in allowing anyone to enter under the age of 18.
21+ shows restrict entry to those 21 and older. WE CANNOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS in allowing anyone to enter under the age of 21.

VALID ID IS REQUIRED TO ACCESS BAR AREA
Bag Policy
Guests are permitted to bring:
ONE CLEAR BAG that does not exceed 14″ x 14″ x 6″ in size
OR
Small clutches/purses/wallets that do not exceed 4″ x 6″ x 1.5″ in size
Costumes, Costume Masks, Face Paint
The Temple Theater permits guests to wear costume masks, face paint and costumes. All costume masks must be removed to enter the venue for security screening, alcohol service, and when asked to do so by venue staff and management.
Food and Beverage Policy
NO OUTSIDE food, drink, alcohol, or water bottles PERMITTED.
CONCESSIONS AND FULL BAR SERVICE IS AVAILABLE

CONCESSIONS: Assorted Candy & Candy Bars, Skinny Pop Popcorn, Pirate Booty Cheese Puffs, Tim’s Cascade Potato Chips, Beef Jerky, Korean Barbeque Pork Bites
NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice, Shirley Temple, Roy Rogers, Temple Sunrise, Iced Tea, Non-Alcoholic Beer
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Beer, Wine, Spirits
Valid ID is required to purchase alcoholic beverages and to enter bar area.
Lost & Found
During an event, we encourage guests to turn in any found items to the Concession Bar located in the lobby area of the Theatre. Guests can also report lost items at the Concession Bar or send all lost and found item details to info@tacomaslandmark.com.
Parking & Transportation
Parking:
There is a Paid Parking Lot across the street from the Temple Theatre main entrance. There is also free street parking located close to the venue.
Transportation:
Sound Transit Light Rail is a hassle-free way to our venue. The nearest station is in the Stadium District. (Only a 5 minute walk away)
Prohibited Items
The following items are NOT PERMITTED at our venue.
- Professional cameras, detachable lenses, external flash, and recording equipment.
- Weapons of any kind. (Firearms, Knives of any size, Tasers, Bats or Blunt objects, Night sticks, Nunchucks, Self defence sprays including Mace and Pepper spray, Etc.)
- Noise devices. (Air horns, Whistles, Vuvuzelas, Cowbells, or anything that can disturb event)
- Laptops and Tablets.
- Poster tubes.
- Lighting devices. (such as Laser pointers, Flashlights, or any similar devices)
- Any other items deemed Dangerous or Inappropriate.
Restrooms
The men’s and women’s restrooms are located up the ramp leading to the balcony. Both restrooms are ADA accessible.
Tickets & Box Office
Tickets for events at The Temple Theatre can be purchased at either Ticketmaster.com or Etix.com.
Tickets may also be purchased at the Temple Theatre Box Office on the day of the show. The Box Office opens 1 hour prior to showtime and is closed on non-event days. All online ticketing fees and taxes are applied to all tickets purchased at the Box Office.
We strongly advise fans to only purchase their tickets through Ticketmaster or Etix for we cannot verify the legitimacy of tickets purchased through any other site. Please note that all ticket sales are final and there are no refunds, upgrades or exchanges.

Wheel Chair Accessible: Section 101 Seat 13 any row, Section 104 Seat 11 any row, Section 103 Seat 13 any row, Section 106 Seat 11 any row
Limited Mobility Accessible: Same as Wheel Chair Accessible and Section 101 any seat in Row P, Section 103 any seat in Row P

THE BALCONY SEATS ARE NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE. THIS INCLUDES SECTIONS 201-206 AND SECTIONS 301-305
